Refrigerated Load Payment Terms
All carriers qualify for 24-hour quick pay for refrigerated loads. The load must be delivered with no issues (i.e., short product, damages, late pick-up/delivery, temperature issues, etc). An invoice and bills of lading must be submitted for payment to be processed. The invoice must state the Boomer Logistics load # and preferred method of payment (see below).
NO FEE FOR 24-HOUR QUICK PAY ON PRODUCE. ALL OTHER REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS WILL PAY 3% OF THE RATE.
We offer three payment options:
Check by Mail: check by regular mail (no fee)
T-Check: T-Checks will be issued in $1,000 increments with a fee of $10 per T-Check
ACH/EFT: ACH/Direct Deposit processed within 48 hours from receipt of invoice and bol(s) ($35 fee will apply)
Boomer Logistics will pay within 24 hours of receiving a correct Invoice & BOL(s). All loads are paid in 30 days if quick pay is not requested.
Fuel Advances: Done by T-Check
Boomer Logistics offers up to 50% fuel advances to all carriers once the load is picked up and BOL is submitted (50% of the total rate). A 2% charge will be applied to the total rate.
Carrier is allotted $1,000 per day for fuel advances
There will be a $10 charge per T-Check (max T-Check is $1,000) for fuel advances
Dry Freight Load Payment Terms
All loads will be paid in 30 days unless a Quick Pay option is requested.
