Here at Boomer Logistics, customers are our priority. We are seeking someone who exemplifies compassion and demonstrates empathy in every situation. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication to ensure day-to-day and long-term needs are met


  • Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service By building strong relationships through timely and effective communication


  • Work with operations team to secure reliable and professional transportation services


  • Participate in rate matrix reviews with ownership to ensure pricing for your clients is competitive and profitable.


  • Grow active accounts year over year


  • Complete administrative duties on time by updating the order management system in near real-time, escalating 911’s to the appropriate stakeholder(s), and providing customer updates on time.  



  • Logistics experience preferred


  • Two years of sales, operations, or customer service experience


  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload

  • Independent worker with an ability to be a team player


  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build excellent rapport

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • You’re resourceful, resilient, proactive and thrive in high-pressure situations with an ability to learn, collaborate and bring great ideas to meetings

  • Availability to monitor customers after hours as needed for urgent matters

  • Knowledge of North American Geography

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
